Before your arrival, you’ll be required to complete guest verification via our third-party provider Truvi. This process helps us stay compliant with short-term rental regulations and provides extra protection for both our guests and our properties. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification process.
Please complete this step before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.
As part of this process, you will be given the choice between:
A refundable €500 security deposit, or
A non-refundable €35 damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver, as it protects you in the event of accidental damage during your stay. Door access will not be activated until this verification is successfully completed and approved by Superhog.
LEGAL REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
To comply with Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, every guest must now complete a personal registration form. Access to the property is not permitted until every guest has fulfilled this requirement.

The person who makes the booking must be present during the stay – no third-party bookings allowed.
Only the number of guests listed on the booking may stay.
No pets allowed.
Verification and either a deposit or waiver are mandatory prior to check-in.
50% payment due at the time of booking.
Remaining balance due 21 days prior to arrival.
No charge for infants aged 1–2 years.

For an extra peace of mind, guests are offered the option to purchase Checkin Hero during the Know Your Guest process. If there are any issues with check-in on arrival, Checkin Hero will refund the costs for alternative accommodation up to 85 Euro per guest per night.
